Concession Volunteering

Each family should sign up to work at least four shifts in the concession stand for the season. A $60 deposit is required upon registration in the form of a separate check. This deposit will be returned upon coordinating concession stand shifts. Each household must be signed up to volunteer for four shifts in the concession stand on or before May 30. If your volunteer requirements are met, the check will be shredded. If the household does not volunteer the required minimum of four times for the season or are not signed up for the volunteer time by June 1st, the check will be cashed to help support the league. Families may opt to pay a $60 fee in lieu of working the concession stands. Coaches, assistant coaches, and T-ball only households are exempt from the volunteer fee. Checks for coaches and assistant coaches will be returned after their teams are assigned.
